Reading that description it sounded like a joke more than anything else.  However, I wouldn't be surprised if it were real.  Wouldn't be the type of game I play but I'm sure some crazy people out there would...

I was really, really hoping it was a joke. But you're right... some little old lady (or Clipsco) would get a kick out of playing in this setting. After all, look at Second Life...

Just so you all know, it's a joke.  That entire mmoinsider site is filled with these "false" news articles.  While very funny, they are all untrue.

However, for a good laugh any day of the week, just goto the home page and read all their top stories, breaking news and announcements/events.  After doing that you'll soon realize it was all a joke.

I am petiularly fond of the "World of Warcraft Theme Park". I think that would make millions on top fo their already made millions.
