As with the other books in the Complete line the Complete Mage gives arcane casters a big boost in versatility and power. I believe this was needed, seeing how some other classes already have their Complete book. |

Well another long eve with Dos Equis (the writer's brew) and my old PC CD-ROM portfolio got me to waxing poetic again.
I scanned all the titles I had in my library dusting off the dust of ages and reviewing the titles of games that brought me such gaming pleasure, "Back in the Day". As I reminiscenced over the games the good Prophet of Taco's, aka The Taco Prophet, brought up a thread about the best games no one ever played. Thus began another soul searching journey into the depths of my Gaming psyche. Thus my Top 10: Underrated PC Games of All Time - in no particular order: |

Ok, first off, this is not a guide for Massively Multiplayer Online (hence called: MMO) veterans and online gamers. My current campaign has the party in the Silver Marches of Faerun, traveling to Silverymoon. I've introduced a couple of plot lines for antagonists including a dread necromancer with an army of undead, orcs moving throughout the area preparing for another war, and a slaver backed by the Zentarim with a vendetta against the party (because they put him out of business in one location). I need to point out that the party is predominantly evil, a former krewe of a thieves' guild, and they wouldn't face up to evil just because it's the "right thing to do." After all, they are evil themselves. Therefore, building a challenging non-player character (NPC) they would want to take down is a problem. Here's how I built one, from concept to completion.
